It can immobilize if they have the talents in it. Low percentage chance to do so but since you can wing clip every 1.5 seconds, eventually you're going to get lucky.
I'd have asked her to point out where it says that Wing Clip slows their attack speed. As far as I know, it's just a movement speed thing. If I'm wrong and their is an attack speed debuff with it...meh...good to know. If I'm right, then the next logical...

Savagery vs. 35 Agi2010-03-05Basically it is a question of how good your gear currently is.
+35agi is always the best enchant for SV hunters (obviously).
For BM and MM hunters it is a bit closer. If your gear is at least Karazhan level +35agi is the better enchant. If you are still in greens or blues, Savagery (+70AP) is better.

You basically want to drain and control them as much as you can.
Slow them down with frost traps, keep your scoprid and viper sting on them as much as possible.

Arcane Shot and Rotation for MM2010-02-24Hey guys.
Just changed from SV to MM through guild requirements for raiding but have a question about Arcane Shot and shot rotation.
The guilds main Hunters havent spec'd for Arcane Shot in thier MM talents and tell me they dont even use the shot as they do better dps without it and have less mana drain.
The thing I see with mana is you can always go from Dragonhawk back to Viper, load the mana back up and then change back to Dragonhawk but you lose dps during this transition.
So whats the general concensus, is Arcane Shot something I should spec for or not?
