The old UI's have been scrapped and I hope that the new ones will live up to the old standard. Report your own favourites here with a link and my team of experts and I shall decide if it is worthy of an addition to this thread. The rest here is written by Vard and the bit after that will be the UI links by me

As I said, I want all links to be the very best, and most popular... If I'm keeping every single submitted UI that won't quite be the case... since, lets face it - Most UI's out there are total crap. To sort that I want the forum community to comment on submitted OR accepted links, if the majority of comments are positive the UI will remain in the list ; If the majority are negative I will remove the link.
